Direct
Burial Jelly Filled Served Steel Wire Armored Outdoor Copper Telecom Cable |

|
Multipair copper cables for direct burial installations for telecom applications
in rodent infested areas.
The cable core is made of twisted pairs which are cabled into groups, jelly filled and
tape wrapped with a polyester binder.
Flooding compound is inserted between the polyester tape and the aluminum moisture
barrier, which is placed over the cable core
and bonded to an inner PE jacket.
A served steel wire armor is wrapped over the inner
jacket and flooded with a water resistant compound. The overall jacket is made of black
PE.
Conductor range, pair count range and applications:
0.5 mm conductors: 2-100 pairs, used mainly in distribution networks.
0.63 mm conductors: 2-100 pairs; 0.9 mm conductors:2-50 pairs, used mainly for long-haul
installations. |
